Supervisors ensure guest satisfaction, quality of product, and staff’s engagement. The ideal candidate has a passion for great food and great service and can lead by example in sharing that passion with both guests and staff. As a leader, the Shift Supervisor must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team spirit all while prioritizing guests' experience. Duties include working with your shift team to
receive, display, rotate, and inventory retail products and menu ingredients
create and prioritize task lists, direct staff in projects, work within deadlines, and evaluate completed tasks
uphold Oca's sanitation standards and execute daily cleaning schedules
engage customers with enticing product details, take orders and ring up sales, prepare and serve menu dishes
ensure guests leave even happier than when they arrived

Engage customers with samples, stories, and exceptional customer service. Applicants must be 21 or older. Wages are about $10-$12 per hour plus tips which generally average about an additional $4 per hour.
